Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 3, 2026 No. 695

THE Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

"""1)"Republican state institution "Committee of Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by dividing it into the republican state institution "Committee of Medical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the republican state institution "Committee of Pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) republican state institutions are territorial divisions of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by dividing them into republican state institutions – territorial divisions of the Medical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and republican state institutions – territorial divisions of the Pharmacy Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the annex to this resolution.

2. To make the following amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 17, 2017 No. 71 "On certain issues of the Ministries of Health and National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in the Regulation on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the said resolution:

Paragraph 2 should be worded as follows:

"2. The Ministry has the following departments:

Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Medical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Committee of Pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

in the section "List of organizations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry":

The section "List of state–owned enterprises and state institutions - territorial divisions of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" should be worded as follows:

"List of republican state institutions – territorial divisions of the Medical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Department of the Medical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Abai region.

2. Department of the Medical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Akmola region.

3. Department of the Medical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Aktobe region.

4. Department of the Medical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty.

5. Department of the Medical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Almaty region.
