To ratify Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated December 23, 2014, signed in Moscow on December 2, 2015.

PROTOCOL on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated December 23, 2014

The member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, guided by the provisions of paragraph four of Article 1 of the Treaty on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, signed on October 10, 2014, have agreed as follows:

Article 1

By this Protocol, the Republic of Armenia accedes to Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated December 23, 2014.

Article 2

This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt by the depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notification on the completion by the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Protocol, but not earlier than the date of entry into force. Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated December 23, 2014.

Done in Moscow on December 2, 2015, in one original copy in the Russian language.

The original copy of this Protocol shall be kept in the Eurasian Economic Commission, which, as the depositary of this Protocol, will send a certified copy to each member State of the Eurasian Economic Union.
