Article 53. Officials exercising state control in the field of circulation of medicines and medical devices Code on the Health of the People and the Healthcare System of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Officials exercising state control and supervision in the field of circulation of medicines and medical devices are:
1) The Chief State Pharmaceutical Inspector of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) his deputy;
2) state pharmaceutical inspectors of the structural divisions of the state body in the field of circulation of medicines and medical devices;
3) chief state pharmaceutical inspectors in the relevant territories, designated by the head of the state body in the field of circulation of medicines and medical devices;
4) state pharmaceutical inspectors of territorial divisions of the state body in the field of circulation of medicines and medical devices.
2. The superior chief state pharmaceutical inspector in the relevant field has the right to suspend, cancel or revoke the acts adopted by them before making a decision on the application (complaint) of individuals and (or) legal entities against the actions (inaction) of lower-level officials.
