Article 248. Principles of procurement of medicines and medical devices by a single distributor  The Code on the Health of the People and the Healthcare System of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The principles of purchasing medicines and medical products are:

     1) providing potential suppliers with equal opportunities to participate in the procurement procedure;

     2) fair competition among potential suppliers;

     3) transparency and transparency of the procurement process;

     4) support for Kazakhstani producers.
