Article 311. Violation of the rules of creation and operation (application) of space systems on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in outer space of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offenses
1. Violation of the rules for the creation and operation (application) of space systems on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in outer space, resulting in the operation of a space system, the results of which led to exceeding the maximum permissible values of the impact of dangerous and harmful factors of industrial activity on operating personnel, the population, the space system, interfaced objects, the environment and near-Earth space, –
entails a fine for individuals in the amount of thirty, for small businesses in the amount of forty, for medium–sized businesses in the amount of fifty, for large businesses in the amount of one hundred monthly calculation indices, with or without suspension of the license for the right to carry out activities in the field of space use for six months.
2. Failure to eliminate violations that have resulted in administrative liability provided for in part one of this article upon the expiration of the suspension period of the license for the right to carry out activities in the field of space use –
entails the revocation of a license.
