Article 607. Violation of the rules of passage of railway crossings of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses
1. Crossing a railway track outside a railway crossing, entering a railway crossing when a barrier is closed or closing, or when a traffic light or crossing attendant is forbidding –
they entail a fine in the amount of twenty monthly calculation indices.
2. The actions provided for in the first part of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –
entail deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for a period of six months.
3. Actions provided for in the first and second parts of this Article that have caused damage to vehicles, goods, road and other structures or other property that have caused material damage, –
entail the deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of nine months.
