Article 625. Violation of the rules for ensuring the safety of goods on railway, sea, river and road transport of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses
1. Damage to rolling stock, containers, floating and other vehicles intended for cargo transportation, as well as transportation devices –
entails a fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices.
2. Damage to seals and locking devices of freight wagons, automobiles, automobile trailers, containers, holds and other cargo spaces of floating vehicles, tearing of seals from them, damage to individual cargo spaces and their packaging, packages, fences of freight yards, railway stations, freight car stations, container points (platforms), ports (marinas) and warehouses that are used to carry out operations related to cargo transportation, as well as staying without proper permission on the territory of freight yards, container points (sites), cargo areas (sections), ports (marinas), locks and warehouses mentioned above –
they entail a fine in the amount of ten monthly calculation indices.
