Article 584. Violation of the rules ensuring the safety of operation of vessels, including small vessels, on inland waterways of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses
1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2017 No. 127-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
2. Destruction, damage, disruption, illegal rearrangement of floating and coastal navigation equipment, communications and alarm systems, violation of the rules of maintenance, operation and established mode of operation of navigation equipment on bridges, dams and other hydraulic structures, installation without proper permission (approval) of signs, structures, sources of sound and light signals that interfere with identification navigation signs and signals, –
they entail a fine in the amount of ten monthly calculation indices.
3. Throwing overboard of a vessel, including a small vessel, garbage and other objects -
entails a fine in the amount of one monthly calculation index.
