Article 413. Knowingly illegal exemption from criminal liability of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Knowingly unlawful release from criminal liability of a person suspected or accused of committing a crime by a prosecutor or a person conducting a pre-trial investigation, –
is punishable by restriction of liberty for a term of three to seven years or by imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to five years.
