1. A person who does not have a specific place of residence and (or) identity documents placed in a receiver-distributor is subject to verification in order to establish his identity.

2. The interview of the person placed in the receiver-distributor is carried out during the day of his stay in the receiver-distributor. The survey results are recorded in a protocol, which is signed by the interviewee and the employee conducting the survey.

This Law defines the legal basis for the activities of special institutions and special premises that legally provide temporary isolation from society, as well as establishes the rights and obligations of the persons contained therein.
