Article 9-3. Premises for temporary detainees of the Law on the Procedure and Conditions of Detention of Persons in Special Institutions, Special Premises providing Temporary Isolation from Society
1. Premises for temporary detainees are equipped inside the guardhouses, which are subject to the order and organization of the guardhouses.
The procedure and organization of the premises for temporary detainees are determined by the charter of the garrison and guard services of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. In the absence of guardhouses in the garrisons, by order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, premises for temporarily detained persons are created at the duty station of the military police of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The procedure for organizing the activities of premises for temporarily detained persons on duty at the military police body of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the standard rules of internal order in them are determined by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 1999 No. 353-I.
This Law defines the legal basis for the activities of special institutions and special premises that legally provide temporary isolation from society, and also establishes the rights and obligations of the persons contained therein.
