Article 46-22. The regime of detention in special premises, premises for temporary detainees of the Law On the Procedure and Conditions of Detention of Persons in Special Institutions, special premises providing temporary Isolation from Society

1. A regime is established in special rooms to ensure the safety of the detained persons and exclude the possibility of their unauthorized departure. The conditions of detention and the requirements for the equipment of the premises are determined by the standard rules of the internal regulations of a special room.
2. Persons who have been detained and held in special rooms shall be provided with food according to the standards established for detainees and those in special reception facilities. Food is provided daily on a daily basis.
3. Men placed in special rooms are placed separately from women.
4. Minors who have been detained are kept separate from adults.
5. Patients with infectious and parasitic diseases may not be detained with other persons.
6. In the premises for temporary detainees, the regime of detention of military personnel is determined by the rules for organizing the activities of premises for temporary detainees.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 1999 No. 353-I.
This Law defines the legal basis for the activities of special institutions and special premises that legally provide temporary isolation from society, and also establishes the rights and obligations of the persons contained therein.
