Article 46-23. The rights and obligations of persons detained, held in special premises, premises for temporary detainees of the Law On the Procedure and Conditions of Detention of Persons in Special Institutions, Special Premises Providing Temporary Isolation from Society

1. Persons who have been detained have the right to:
1) to receive information about their rights and obligations, the regime of detention in a special room, a room for temporary detainees;
2) personal safety during the stay in a special room, a room for temporary detainees;
3) receive material and household and medical services;
4) apply to the head of the police, military police, prosecutor's offices, and the court for violations of their rights and legitimate interests.
2. Persons placed in special premises, premises for temporarily detained persons, are obliged to comply with the internal regulations of the special premises, premises for temporarily detained persons, approved respectively by the head of the police body, the military police body.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 1999 No. 353-I.
This Law defines the legal basis for the activities of special institutions and special premises that legally provide temporary isolation from society, and also establishes the rights and obligations of the persons contained therein.
