Article 8. Expert Council The Law on Informatization
1. The Expert Council is headed by the head of the authorized body and its members include officials – heads of state bodies responsible for informatization of the activities of the state body, representatives of the authorized body, the e-government service integrator, the authorized body in the field of information security and other organizations in the field of informatization in coordination with these bodies and organizations.
2. The Expert Council carries out its activities on an ongoing basis.
3. The Expert Council considers issues in the field of informatization and develops proposals and (or) recommendations.
The powers and procedures of the expert council are determined by the regulations on the activities of the expert council.
4. The National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall establish a special expert council.
Its position and composition are approved by a joint order of the first heads of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Special Expert Council carries out its activities on an ongoing basis and its working body is the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 No. 418-V SAM.
This Law regulates public relations in the field of informatization that arise in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan between government agencies, individuals and legal entities during the creation, development and operation of informatization facilities, as well as with state support for the development of the information and communication technology industry.
