1. An expert organization certifies and issues expert certificates on the origin of goods, determining the status of goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or a foreign product, drawn up by expert auditors to determine the country of origin of goods, the status of goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or a foreign product, with the exception of expert certificates on the origin of goods for export and re-export.

2. Expert auditors who determine the country of origin of goods, the status of goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or a foreign product are certified by an authorized body and carry out their activities as part of one expert organization.

3. Expert auditors for determining the country of origin of the goods, the status of the goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or a foreign product, upon detection of facts of falsification and (or) unreliability in the information contained in the application and submitted documents of the applicant, are obliged to refuse to draw up acts of expertise on the origin of the goods, determining the status of the goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or a foreign product.

4. Expert auditors for determining the country of origin of goods, the status of goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or a foreign product and expert organizations for violating the rules for determining the country of origin of goods, the status of goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or a foreign product, issuing a certificate of origin and canceling its validity are responsible in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
