1. Grain quality examination is carried out by laboratories accredited in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. It is not allowed to sell grain during export and import without a grain quality passport, as well as other documents required in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2001 No. 143.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of grain production, storage and sale in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
