On the conclusion of an Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Atomic Energy Agency on the Application of Safeguards in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons

In order to implement the policy of nuclear non-proliferation and ensure international stability in the field of atomic energy use

I decree:

1. To conclude an Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Atomic Energy Agency on the Application of Safeguards in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, signed on July 26, 1994 in Almaty.

2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
