Article 144. Involvement of a minor in the manufacture, distribution, advertising and sale of erotic products of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Involvement of a minor in the manufacture of erotic products, as well as in the distribution, advertising and sale of erotic products –
is punishable by imprisonment for a term of up to five years, with or without confiscation of property, with life imprisonment for the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
2. The acts provided for in the first part of this Article, committed:
1) a parent, stepfather, stepmother, teacher or other person who is charged by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the duties of raising a minor;
2) in relation to a known minor (minor);
3) a group of persons by prior agreement or a criminal group;
4) repeatedly, –
are punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to seven years with confiscation of property, with life imprisonment for the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
