On the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income

Decree of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN dated January 3, 1996 No. 2741

I decree:

1. To ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income, signed in Almaty on August 15, 1995.

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
