About akims of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and regions

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 26, 2022 No. 7

   In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 87 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in connection with the termination of the powers of the akims of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and regions upon the assumption of office of the newly elected President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. The akims of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and the regions shall perform their duties until the appointment of the respective akims.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
