Article 51-1. Early elections of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Early presidential elections are called by a decision of the President of the Republic and are held within two months from the date of their appointment.
2. Subsequent to the extraordinary regular presidential elections are announced seven years later within the time limits established by this Constitutional Law.
