Article 25. The procedure for the enactment and publication of acts of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Acts of the President of a regulatory nature shall enter into force throughout the territory of the Republic simultaneously upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of their first official publication, unless otherwise established by the President.

     2. Acts of the President of a non-normative nature come into force from the moment of their signing, unless otherwise specified by the President.

     3. Acts of the President are subject to official publication in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts".

     4. Acts of the President may also be published in other press organs, made public on television, radio, on the Internet, transmitted by telegraph, fax, and sent to relevant state bodies, as well as organizations and their officials.

     5. Acts of the President containing state secrets of the Republic or other legally protected secrets are not subject to publication. The originals of such acts are classified and, in accordance with the established procedure, they are brought to the attention of the authorities, organizations, officials and citizens to whom they apply. The contents of the aforementioned acts of the President may be presented in the media in accordance with the established procedure.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
