Article 33-1. The Presidential Reserve of the leadership of law enforcement agencies The Law On Law Enforcement Service is excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1. The Presidential reserve of the leadership of law enforcement agencies is formed for the purpose of high-quality selection of employees to fill vacant senior management positions in law enforcement agencies.
The order of formation and the list of positions of the Presidential Reserve of the leadership of law enforcement agencies are determined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Employees who are members of the Presidential Reserve of the Leadership of Law Enforcement Agencies, in order to improve their professional skills and managerial competence necessary for appointment to prospective leadership positions, undergo professional retraining and advanced training in the organization of the Prosecutor's office's education.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 6, 2011 No. 380-IV.
This Law regulates public relations related to admission to the law enforcement service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status (status), financial support and social protection of law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
