Article 62. Counting of votes in the elections of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The results of the counting of votes in the presidential election shall be established at a meeting of the territorial election commission and recorded in a protocol, which shall be signed by the chairman and members of the commission and forwarded to the Central Election Commission within two days.

     2. Other issues related to determining the result of the vote count are resolved in accordance with the rules established in the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
