Article 6. Termination of the powers of the Government of the Republic on the initiative of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The President of the Republic has the right, on his own initiative, to decide on the termination of the powers of the Government and to dismiss any member of it.
2. The dismissal of the Prime Minister means the termination of the powers of the entire Government.
2-1. Members of the Government who disagree with or do not implement the Government's policy are subject to dismissal from office.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the competence, organization and activities of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
