Article 2-1. The basic principles of this Law are the Law on the Protection and Use of Objects of Historical and Cultural Heritage

     The basic principles of this Law are:

     1) creation of conditions for the protection and use of historical and cultural heritage sites;

     2) protection and preservation of historical and cultural heritage sites;

      3) support for scientific support of historical and cultural heritage sites;  

     4) accessibility of historical and cultural heritage sites for scientific, educational, tourist, informational and educational purposes.
