Article 2. The main goals and objectives of this Law are the Law on the Protection and Use of Objects of Historical and Cultural Heritage, the Law on the Protection and Use of Objects of Historical and Cultural Heritage

1. The main objectives of this Law are the protection and use of historical and cultural heritage sites, ensuring their revival, preservation and popularization.

2. The main objectives of this Law are:

1) ensuring the identification, accounting, protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage;

2) ensuring state control in the field of protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage;

3) popularization of historical and cultural monuments at the international level;

4) ensuring the preservation of historical and cultural heritage sites.
