Article 37. General provisions on requisition in case of natural and man-made emergencies of the Law on State Property
1. Requisition in case of natural and man-made emergencies is carried out in exceptional cases in the absence or insufficiency of the state reserve of material, technical, food, medical and other resources created to ensure guaranteed protection of the population, the environment and economic facilities from natural and man-made emergencies.
2. Requisition in case of natural and man-made emergencies is limited to the emergency zone (a certain territory in which an emergency situation has arisen) and (or) the period of the state of emergency imposed in the emergency zone in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Requisition is not allowed in emergency situations outside the emergency zone or during the state of emergency.
3. Requisition in case of natural and man-made emergencies is allowed with respect to the property of individuals and legal entities, regardless of nationality and place of state registration, necessary to ensure the elimination of natural and man-made emergencies.
