Article 51. Features of requisition for defense needs during combat operations The Law on State Property
1. In exceptional cases, in the combat zone, the requisition for the needs of individual military units is carried out independently by the commander of the military unit.
2. The seizure of property is carried out according to the act of requisition, which must contain:
1) an indication of the exceptional circumstances that served as the basis for the requisition;
2) time and place of withdrawal;
3) information about the commander of the military unit conducting the requisition, indicating the position, rank and name, as well as the details of a written order appointing persons authorized for the requisition, if the requisition is carried out by an appointed person, about the owner of the property being requisitioned, about other persons present at the seizure;
4) an inventory of the property being requisitioned, indicating the weight, measure, quality and type of packaging, title documents, information on state registration and other individually defined characteristics;
5) other necessary information about the requisition and the property being requisitioned.
3. One copy is given to the owner of the requisitioned property or his authorized representative.
4. The commander of a military unit must immediately notify the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the requisition, accompanied by a report and acts of requisition.
