On some issues of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Protection of Competition (Antimonopoly Agency)

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 23, 2008 No. 633

To be published in the Acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan    

     In accordance with subparagraph 3) of Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To endow the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Protection of Competition (Antimonopoly Agency) with the function of protecting competition and restricting monopolistic activities of financial organizations.

     2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the necessary measures to implement this Decree.

     3. To make the following amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 19, 2007 N 346 "On further improvement of the public administration system of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, N 20, art. 227; N 39, art. 445):

     Sub-paragraphs 1) of paragraphs 1 and 5 should be deleted.

     4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
