Article 1. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative procedures and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative proceedings Administrative Procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative procedures consists of this Code and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and generally recognized principles and norms of international law.

     2. The specifics of the implementation of administrative procedures are established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Code regulates relations related to the implementation of administrative procedures, to the extent not regulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. The procedure of administrative legal proceedings in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is determined by the constitutional laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Code, based on The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and generally recognized principles and norms of international law.

     The following provisions apply in administrative proceedings: The Code of Civil Procedure Of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise provided for by this Code.

     The provisions of other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating administrative legal proceedings are subject to inclusion in this Code.

     4. International contractual and other obligations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as regulatory rulings of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan are an integral part of administrative and administrative procedural law.
