Article 728-1. Bodies that are licensors or authorized to issue permits of the second category in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 728-1. Bodies that are licensors or authorized to issue permits of the second category in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. Bodies that are licensors or authorized to issue permits of the second category in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consider cases of administrative offenses provided for in Article 464 of this Code.

     2. The heads of state bodies that are licensors or authorized to issue permits of the second category, their deputies, heads of territorial divisions and their deputies have the right to consider cases of administrative offenses and impose administrative penalties.
