Article 296. Non-compliance with the energy audit procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 296. Non-compliance with the energy audit procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

 

     1. Non-compliance with the energy audit procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement, –

     entails a fine for small businesses in the amount of ten, for medium–sized businesses in the amount of fifteen, for large businesses in the amount of eighty monthly calculation indices.

     2. The act provided for in the first part of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –

     entails a fine for small businesses in the amount of fifteen, for medium–sized businesses in the amount of thirty, for large businesses in the amount of one hundred and fifty monthly calculation indices, with exclusion from the register of legal entities engaged in activities in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement.
