Article 465-1. Violation by a self-regulating organization of the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on self-regulation of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 465-1. Violation by a self-regulating organization of the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on self-regulation of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. Violations by a self-regulating organization of the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on self-regulation, committed in the form of:

     1) mixing the funds of the compensation fund with other funds of the self-regulatory organization;

     2) the absence of a body for the consideration of consumer disputes arising between members (participants) of a self-regulatory organization, consumers and other persons in the field of consumer protection, –

     they entail a warning.

     2. The acts provided for in the first part of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –

     they entail a fine in the amount of one hundred monthly calculation indices.
