The forced liquidation of the bank is carried out on the basis of a court decision that has entered into force in connection with:

1) by depriving a bank of a banking license to carry out all types of operations on the grounds provided for by this Law;

2) by applying to the court with a statement (claim) of authorized state bodies on compulsory liquidation of the bank on other grounds provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the impossibility of completing the process of voluntary liquidation of the bank in case of insufficient funds to satisfy the claims of all creditors of the voluntarily liquidated bank.
