Article 100. Protection of the rights and interests of clients and members of a professional organization The Law on the Securities Market
1. A professional organization protects the rights and interests of its members' clients by reviewing their requests. Based on the results of consideration of customer requests and if there are grounds, a professional organization applies measures of influence against a member of a professional organization.
The requirements of the first part of this paragraph shall apply to professional organizations whose internal documents and articles of association provide for the performance of the functions specified in subitems 3), 7), 8) and 9) of paragraph 1 of Article 93 of this Law.
2. An unlawful refusal to consider an application may be appealed by a client of a member of a professional organization to an authorized body.
