Article 21. Protection of the rights of minor victims of human trafficking of the Law On Combating Human Trafficking
1. The protection of the rights of minor victims of human trafficking and the provision of assistance to them are ensured taking into account their legitimate interests and opinions.
2. If the age of a victim of human trafficking is not precisely determined and there is reason to believe that the victim is a minor, then there is a presumption that this person is considered a minor and is subject to appropriate treatment until his age is clarified.
3. If the victim of human trafficking is an unaccompanied minor, actions are carried out in accordance with the marriage and family legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the organizational and legal framework for combating human trafficking.
