Article 17. The procedure and terms of payment of the insurance premium of the Law On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Owners of Facilities whose Activities are associated with the risk of Harm to Third Parties
Insurance premiums are paid in a lump sum within ten days after the conclusion of the compulsory liability insurance contract for the owners of the facilities.
If the contract of compulsory liability insurance of the owners of the facilities is changed for any reason, the difference between the newly calculated and previously paid insurance premiums is subject to additional payment (refund) within fifteen days.
The contract of compulsory liability insurance for owners of facilities may provide for the right of the policyholder to pay the insurance premium in installments by making insurance contributions in accordance with the procedure determined by the contract of compulsory liability insurance for owners of facilities.
The insurer provides an opportunity to pay the insurance premium in a non-cash way through the insurer's online resource.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of facilities whose activities are associated with the risk of harm to third parties, and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
