Article 4-3. Verifying information The Law on the State social order, the State order for the implementation of strategic partnership, grants and awards for non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Verification of information submitted to the Database of non-governmental organizations is carried out by the authorized body.

2. The grounds for verifying the information are the results of monitoring the implementation of the state social order and monitoring the implementation of grants for non-governmental organizations, as well as the results of the state order for the implementation of strategic partnerships, complaints from individuals and legal entities, information from government agencies, and publications in the media.

If necessary, representatives of other government agencies may be involved in conducting the audit.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2005 No. 36.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of implementing a state social order, a state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the provision of grants and awards to non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
