Article 6-3. Awards The Law on the State social order, the State order for the implementation of strategic partnership, grants and awards for non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The awards are made by the authorized body in accordance with the procedure determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Prizes are awarded to non-governmental organizations that have submitted information to the Database of non-Governmental Organizations in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Applications for the award are submitted by non-governmental organizations to the authorized body annually until September 1.
The same non-governmental organization can be nominated for an award in only one field.
3. Non-governmental organizations may not be re-nominated for the award within three years of receiving it.
4. The minimum premium amount is two thousand times the monthly calculation index established for the relevant financial year by the law on the republican budget.
5. A prize in one field can be awarded to one or several applicants at the same time. When awarding a prize to several applicants, the prize is divided into equal parts between them.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of implementing a state social order, a state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the provision of grants and awards to non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
