Article 6. Implementation of the State social order of the Law on the State Social Order, the State order for the implementation of strategic partnership, grants and awards for non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The state social order is carried out by state bodies and non-governmental organizations.

     2. The state social order is carried out in accordance with this Law and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement.

      3. Potential suppliers who carry out activities in accordance with the statutory objectives in the areas provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 5 of this Law are allowed to participate in the competition.

     4. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 22.12.2011 No. 515-IV (effective from 01.01.2012).  

     5. The implementation of the functions of central and local executive bodies transferred to a competitive environment through a state social order is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2005 No. 36.

  This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of implementing a state social order, a state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the provision of grants and awards to non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
