Article 22. Insurance premiums and insurance payments The Law on Mutual Insurance
1. Insurance premiums paid by members of the company shall be paid to the beneficiary by the company in the form of insurance payments in the amount determined by the insurance contract.
2. The amount and procedure for calculating insurance premiums are established by the rules of mutual insurance of the company, approved by the general meeting of members of the company, unless otherwise provided by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. If, at the end of the reporting period, the company had no arrears in insurance payments, as well as arrears in taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, the general meeting of the company's members may decide to reduce regular insurance premiums or suspend their payment.
4. The procedure and conditions for insurance payments are established by the rules of mutual insurance of the company, approved by the general meeting of the company's members.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of mutual insurance and establishes the legal basis for the activities of mutual insurance companies.
