Article 58. Calculation of the term of punishment in the form of community service of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Home / RLA / Article 58. Calculation of the term of punishment in the form of community service of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The term of punishment in the form of community service shall be calculated in the hours during which the convicted person performed community service.

2. Community service is performed with the release of the convicted person for the duration of their performance from work duties at the place of their main job or in their free time not exceeding four hours a day.

3. Convicted persons who do not have a permanent place of work and do not study in educational institutions, community service is performed up to eight hours a day, but not more than forty hours a week.
