Article 59. Conditions for compensation of damage in the form of community service Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The convict:
1) observe the procedure and conditions of serving a sentence established by this Code;
2) perform works organized by local executive bodies in public places;
2-1) for the period of performing community service, wear a vest, the type of clothing of which is determined by the authorized body in the field of penal enforcement activities.;
3) notify the Probation Service of the change of place of residence;
4) visit once a month to register with the Probation Service and participate in preventive interviews. Reasoned cases of absenteeism are specified in part two of Article 53 of this code.
