 1. Convicted persons serve their sentences in the form of arrest in special reception rooms at the place of conviction.

2. Military personnel serve their sentences in the form of arrest in the guardhouse.

The internal order and the order of detention of convicts in the brig are determined by the authorized bodies of the penal enforcement service, national security, and defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
