On awarding the 2007 State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology

Having considered the recommendations of the Commission for Awarding the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology, I HEREBY DECREE:
1. To award the 2007 State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology to the authors: 1) for a series of papers on the topic "Spectral theory and its applications": Otelbaev Mukhtarbai, Professor of the Department of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences; 2) for the work "Development of research in Kazakhstan on the chemistry of natural sesquiterpene lactones, the search and creation of new medicinal substances based on them, the organization of industrial production of original domestic phytopreparations": Adekenov Sergazy Mynzhasarovich, President of the Joint-stock company Phytochemistry Research and Production Center, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, to the professor; Itzhanova Khorlan Iskozhievna - head of the laboratory of the joint-stock company "Scientific and Production Center "Phytochemistry", Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences; Kagarlitsky Alfred Davydovich - Chief Researcher of the joint-stock company "Scientific and Production Center "Phytochemistry", Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor; Mukhametzhanov Marat Nigmetzhanovich - head of the laboratory of the Chemical and Metallurgical Institute named after J. Abishev, Candidate Chemical Sciences (posthumously); Musulmanbekov Kani - Head of the Department of the Karaganda State Medical Academy, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor; Rakhimov Kayroll Dyusenbaevich - Director of the Central Laboratory of Biocontrol, Certification and Preclinical Testing, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor; Sirota Valentina Bronislavovna - Head of the Department of the Karaganda State Medical Academy, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor; Turdybekov Koblandy Muboryakovich - Head of the laboratory of the Joint-stock company "Scientific and Production Center "Phytochemistry", Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor.
2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
