Article 6-4. Rights and obligations of non-governmental organizations The Law on the State social order, the State order for the implementation of strategic partnership, grants and awards for non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. A non-governmental organization may:

     1) make a request to the central and (or) local executive authorities for information necessary for the implementation of the state social order;

     2) submit proposals to the authorized body, the authorized body in the field of development of the public administration system, central and (or) local executive bodies on the formation and implementation of the state social order.

     2. A non-governmental organization must:

     1) provide central and (or) local executive bodies with information and (or) documents necessary for monitoring the implementation of the state social order;

     2) create conditions for the high-quality implementation of the state social order;

     3) if individuals and legal entities apply, provide them with complete and reliable information on the implementation of the state social order.;

     4) to consider complaints from individuals and legal entities within the framework of the implementation of the state social order.

  This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of implementing a state social order, a state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the provision of grants and awards to non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
