Article 7. Financing and use of budgetary funds of the state social order, the state order for the implementation of strategic partnership, state grants and awards The Law on the State social order, the State order for the implementation of strategic partnership, grants and awards for non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan
The financing of the state social order, the state order for the implementation of strategic partnerships, state grants and awards is carried out at the expense of budgetary funds.
The budgetary funds provided for the implementation of the state social order, the state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the provision of state grants and the award of prizes are used for the purposes and in accordance with the procedure established by this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the contract for the implementation of the state social order, the contract for the implementation of the state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the contract for the provision of a state grant.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of implementing a state social order, a state order for the implementation of a strategic partnership, the provision of grants and awards to non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
