Article 19-1. Regional quota for admission of candace The Law on Population Migration

     The regional quota for admission of Kandas is established for the coming year by the authorized body on migration issues based on proposals from local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital and applications received through foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan from ethnic Kazakhs and Kandas wishing to relocate to regions designated by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 22, 2011 No. 477-IV.

    This Law regulates public relations in the field of population migration, defines the legal, economic and social foundations of migration processes.
