Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions of the state policy in the field of population migration and organizes its implementation;

2) determines the procedure for entry and stay of immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 22, 2011 No. 477-IV.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of population migration, defines the legal, economic and social foundations of migration processes.
